32 pages (8 sheets of paper) including the cover and a few pages for notes (aka plans) at the end.
This is a digital download for you to print at home! It comes as a PDF ready to be printed as a booklet. Just print double-sided and tell it to flip on the short side. Easy!
If you print at a local print shop (like a FedEx or UPS or even better, an independently owned one or library) they should have a long-neck stapler handy to keep it together.
